It is a less broad subject than business. It is basically organizing, coordinating , managing and implementing the process of business.

In my opinion it is never an easy peasy task to run a business. A person needs to think a lot,plan a lot, organize a lot to run a business. A proper business management module is needed to have an effective and efficient business.

A proper business management module needs to be made and managed for a long run and a successful business.
Do we have to take care of the management in our business to run in an effective and efficient manner?
Yes, one needs to be very sure and smart in management of business. A good businessman is the person who follows five basic rules of business which are as follows :-
- Planning: It is the core of business management and the starting stage. Whenever we start a business we have two questions in our mind: what to do and how to do it?So, this brings the planning in picture as it is a stage which involves setting objectives,determining the actions and achieving the objectives.
- Organizing: It is the next stage in which action of work is taken into consideration. At this stage all the resources are being organized and all the work and resources are distributed to start the work.
- Staffing: Every business is incomplete without the people on work and its staff.This is the stage where the recruiting of staff as per their skills has been recruited to start the working and all the working labor has been offered the job as per their requirement in the particular business.
- Leading: It is a stage in which various other sources have taken into consideration such as social or informal sources through which one can get influence in the business and it also helps in inspiring us and taking action for our business entity.
- Controlling: This is the last and final stage of business management. It has been done to control all the decisions and everything as per our planning, so that there is efficient and smooth running of our business.
